What shipping speeds does VRSNL offer?
The following shipping options are available at check out along with the estimated delivery dates for each option. Please note, shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.*
• Standard Shipping (delivery within 3-5 Business Days): FREE
• 2-Business Day Shipping: FREE
• 1-Business Day Shipping: $15
*Shipping delays may occur if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuing banks may place a hold on payment if the billing information is inaccurate, or if the billing and shipping addresses are different.
Expedited shipping is not available for shipments that include any items containing materials classified as hazardous by the Department of Transportation, such as certain watch batteries, or for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Online Return Policy
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.
• VRSNL monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Exchanges
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
How can I process my return?
You may contact our Customer Service team to assist you with your return at CS@vrsnl.com or process your return online by logging in at vrsnl.com and obtaining a pre-paid shipping label.
1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
3. Click on the order number of the product you wish to return.
4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
5. Choose to have the label displayed for immediate printing or emailed if you are unable to print immediately. Then click 'Return Item(s)' at the bottom of the page.
6. The next page will feature a picture of the item and a barcode.
7. On this page is where you can view for immediate printing. To display your label, click the orange link in the middle of the page that says "Click here to view your return label."
8. Print the label and tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape.
Drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop off your return at a UPS drop box. To find the nearest authorized shipping location, please visit www.ups.com.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
